100 Poets Around The World for Love

Shamim Shahan's '100 Poets Around The World for Love' is an extraordinary anthology that brings together work from one hundred poets across borders, religions, and ethnicities — all united in the name of love. The poets have contributed their work freely to create this vast ensemble of diverse voices, each speaking from their own perspective on humanity. The book features poems in translation, made accessible by a host of translators who helped bridge language barriers. Ranging from despair to anger to wonder, the collection offers an astonishing richness of poetic expression. At a time when the world feels deeply troubled, this volume serves as a reminder of our shared human connection. It is a massive project both practically and intellectually, designed simply as a platform for poets to speak for themselves.
