উড়াল মাছির পানসি

উড়াল মাছির পানসি' tells the story of তৌফিক, who has been alone since childhood. A scene he witnessed with his mother in his youth continues to haunt him. Now he dreams of building a home with মোহনা, who shares that wish. But মোহনা is consumed by her work at a research laboratory forty kilometers from Dhaka, where she is developing a method for fly control. When a prestigious overseas institution invites her, she leaves for Vienna, asking তৌফিক to wait.

In Vienna, মোহনা becomes entangled with a German scientist. Meanwhile, তৌফিক realizes that his research student নন্দিনী is willing to give up everything for him. One afternoon, surrounded by lotus flowers in a pond and migratory birds overhead, তৌফিক reaches out to নন্দিনী. কথাসাহিত্যিক রেজাউর রহমান explores an unconventional dimension of love and affection in this absorbing narrative.
